Pick up location was easily accessible. Vehicle was shaky and AC function was poor.

The customer reserve a vehicle with us and later complain about the communication, the brake , and the AC not function properly. The customer sent me a one message saying that she was outside. I respond within three minutes and instructed her to go inside the office. We also sent our messages explaining that if no staff member is available at the location, a lockbox will be provided for vehicle access. However, in this case, we had a staff member present in the office to assist the customer.
