Car was fine but pick up location was far and inconvenient though likely no fault of car owner. They offered great details for pick up location and were very communicative and checked in frequently.

Airport regulations require Turo vehicles to use the designated rental pickup area, which is serviced by a free shuttle running continuously. Unfortunately, shuttle wait times are outside of our control. We appreciate your business and are glad everything within our control went smoothly.
Really enjoyed and liked the car! Honestly, having the lane correction and CarPlay was a game changer. Everything with check in and check out was easy. Thankful for the rental with this company through Turo! Made for a smooth trip!
