Karina was an amazing host! We had an issue at pickup because the automated message never sent the lockbox code, and since it was around 5 AM she was asleep at first. But as soon as she realized what happened, she did everything she could to make it right. She personally brought the car to us, filled it up so we wouldn’t lose gas, and even came to pick the car up afterward. I really appreciated her effort, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to fix the situation. Things happen, but great customer service matters, and she definitely delivered. I would absolutely book with her again!
