The host was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the rental. They answered all of my questions quickly and made the vehicle swap process as smooth as possible when issues arose with the previous car.

The 2016 Ford Focus was easy to drive, very fuel-efficient, and excellent on gas, which was a huge plus during my trip. However, there were several inconveniences during the rental. Shortly after receiving the vehicle, the low tire pressure warning came on, and I discovered there was a nail in one of the tires that needed attention. In addition, I noticed damage on the side of the vehicle and initially believed it had occurred while the car was in my possession. This resulted in me contacting the police and spending a couple of hours dealing with the situation, only to later learn that the vehicle had been sideswiped prior to my rental. Once I reached out, the host was honest about the existing damage, very apologetic, and even offered to cover the tire repair, which I appreciated.

The host’s communication and willingness to help were excellent, but between having to switch vehicles, address the tire issue, and spend time resolving concerns about the pre-existing damage, I lost a significant portion of my weekend dealing with transportation-related problems. It made what should have been a simple rental experience more stressful than expected.

While I appreciate how professionally the host handled everything, I do feel that some type of discount or partial refund would have been appropriate given the number of inconveniences and the amount of time lost during my trip. That said, the host was courteous, responsive, and genuinely tried to make things right, which is why I’m still giving 4 stars.

With better vehicle preparation and clearer documentation of existing damage, this could have easily been a 5-star experience. The car itself drove well and was great on gas, and the host’s customer service was a strong positive throughout the rental.

I had an amazing experience renting from this company! The vehicle was clean, well maintained, reliable, and exactly as advertised. The owner was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress free from start to finish.

What stood out most was the quality of the cars and the excellent customer service. It’s clear they take pride in keeping their vehicles in top condition and making sure customers have a great experience.

If you’re looking for dependable transportation and someone you can trust, I highly recommend renting from them. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
