Overall, I had a good experience with this Turo rental. The host was excellent—very responsive, communicative, and quick to address any concerns that came up during my trip. When an issue was identified, they acted promptly and made arrangements to switch the vehicle, which I greatly appreciated.
The interior of the car was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and communication process were smooth. However, the trunk contained a significant amount of dog hair that appeared to have been left behind by a previous renter. While I don’t believe this was the host’s fault, it was inconvenient and required additional back-and-forth travel to resolve.
The vehicle itself was in decent condition and served its purpose, though it seemed like it could benefit from a tune-up to improve its overall performance.
What stood out most was the host’s professionalism and willingness to make things right. Because of their responsiveness and customer service, I would consider renting from them again in the future. Thank you for being so attentive and helpful throughout the process.
