Tiago was wonderful in handling my last minute booking. Pickup and drop off were easy. Car was clean and I love the phone holder provided. I contacted host about the AC issue and he was prompt to respond. I will definitely book again and will recommend his to anyone.
Hi Darnella thank you for your review! We’ve had a look and found no issues with the AC. We suspect that you may have experienced a combination of high external temperatures and placing the AC on what seemed to be “max AC” by turning the dial but actually wasn’t. “Max ac” mode needs to be turned on by turning the dial further (the dial has a springy effect when you keep turning at the lowest setting) and the max ac light will come on.
