Car will be left in RDU economy lot #3 where you take the shuttle to get the car. The car will be parked towards the middle of the parking lot. You will see a bar called “Daily Pint” in the same business complex and we are directly across the street from the Honda Dealership.

🚭 Absolutely no smoking or drugs. 🐶 I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my cars to respect other guests. Please keep your furry friends at home. ⛽️ Remember to refuel the vehicle to the same level or choose the prepaid fuel option. Vehicles not refueled will be charged the cost of gas plus a $10 refueling convenience fee. ⏰ If you would like to change the duration of your trip you may do so in the Turo app and as long as the car is available. 💦 Return the car tidy and empty all trash but you do not have to get the car cleaned at the end of your rental unless it is excessively dirty.

I arrived at my car and it had almost no gas. I was compensated, so they get one star back, but I was late for work since I had to spend time filling up when I got there. Suboptimal indeed. All went well with the car for most of the trip, then it started having mechanical issues the night before my flight out - car to be towed. Absolutely horrible customer service, almost missed my flight - only reason I got a Lyft was because I called it myself. This was my first and last experience with Turo and I would not recommend. The whole experience was stressful and very distracting for me and my work.

Was good on gas and reasonably priced to rent! Wanted to extend but it had already been booked! Perfect 10 was responsive to any questions I had.

Mostly great except for the small hiccup at the pick up. Instructions said one thing but we experienced something a bit different. Thankfully they were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and didn't impact our trip too much.
