They rush you to bring the vehicle when it’s not even time .. they send a message 30 minutes before asking a what’s you ETA … if it was booked til 7 that’s when it will be return I feel as I was being rushed to bring the vehicle back..

Regarding the return process, we only requested an ETA after the trip's scheduled end time had already passed and we had not. As hosts, it is important for us to know when a vehicle will be returned, particularly when there are other reservations or operational commitments that may be affected by delays.

Won’t right tred out spent over 1100 on the car within 2 weeks then when callin to the lot about how the flat tire came about I was angrily told to stop renting an return the car an to leave although there are other individuals who own or are part owners an need the income bc it’s good money an consistent so when I do happen to call i expect the best customer service especially because I show the utmost respect
