The pickup was extremely easy at the airport, and the car drove beautifully. My only suggestion is to provide a physical key for the car so that users can utilize valet.

The car was fine. However, it was given to me dirty, dusty inside, and only 40% charged. On top of that, I had to pay the to get it out of the parking where the host dropped it off and I was told I’d have to pay once again if I dropped it off where I picked it up (economy parking), since the designated Turo area of the airport is small and seems to always be full, per what I heard from the people around. Lastly, the host’s instructions seemed to be outdated/did not apply to the car I rented.

The vehicle was exactly as advertised and clean, no issues. Host was not as responsive as I would have hoped, and didn't answer my clarification questions ahead of time. They were about 20min late which added some stress since we had plans based on the specific pick up time. Certainly didn't ruin my experience, but just better communication would have been appreciated. Otherwise it was seamless.
