I have never flown into Boston airport before so there's nerves when navigating somewhere new. The directions provided were clear and great. I've also never rented a Tesla before, nor drove one, so the proactive communication and video tutorials were great. Once I learned the small nuances of the car, was a smooth ride. The car did make a loud noise that was lightly concerning but didn't worry about it given it was provided in other comments on this trip.
The only recommendation I would provide is ensuring the inside of the windows are thoroughly cleaned. I was driving at night time and the smudges made visibility challenging as defog didn't fix it. Super small thing but something to be conscious of going forward.

The vehicle had known damage to the sidewall of the tire and was rented to me anyway. I wasted over 12 hours of my vacation resolving the issue.

The guest hit a pothole on her way to her destination and broke the rim, the vehicle was towed and we replaced the rim and tire . The vehicle was perfectly fine before with multiple other trips. We couldn’t deliver a car to her with a broken rim
