Raddy was very helpful when the car I had originally rented had not yet been returned by his previous customer. He offered me a different car at the same price. He was very friendly and always responded to questions quickly. Drop-off and pickup were done by his brother and they were on time and relatively easy.
One issue was that the car he offered me instead only took premium gasoline which was not an expense I was planning for, especially given current gas pricing. Also, the car's front right turn signal did not work. Upon drop off, his brother offered to bring the car to a repair shop to fix the turn signal but given that I only had the car for 24 hours and I had somewhere to be immediately, that option didn't make sense. Turn signals are pretty important for safety and traffic laws so I hope this element is fixed before the car is rented out to anyone else again.
Overall my experience with Raddy was good and I would rent from him again. Thank you!
