Vehicle rent smooth and host was great

The car was easy to use and the trip overall went smoothly. Pickup was a bit delayed, but communication was okay. The vehicle did have some pre-existing wear, and the front bumper seemed a bit loose prior to my trip. I drove carefully and communicated about it during the rental. Overall a decent experience, and the vehicle condition could use some attention.
