Pickup and drop off location was convenient and the instructions were clear

The condition of the car was clean and well kept. The bad review comes from the air conditioning only worked for 1 hour and when contacting the host they were zero help. They responded directly one time asking if we turned it on correctly. Well it was working fine when we got in and then stopped. Well black interior and 96 degree weather makes it very hot. When I responded to the host’s response I got no answer. When I inquired again I got an automated response claiming they were closed. They wanted to communicate through my personal text so it was off Turo. I messaged Turo again and got zero response. Even the next day no one reached out. I only had the car 26 hours so is it the end of the world, no. But I do expect some form of communication and a courteous apology for renting a car that doesn’t do what it claims it does. I realize cars have problems sometimes but good customer service should not. Just an I’m sorry and we don’t have a replacement goes a long way. And because of this service I will steer clear of AB Rentals. Hopefully they get their service together because the pick up and drop off was easy.
