Every time I went to turn the car on, it would not start. Every time it would take about 20 minutes for me to figure out how to get it started because I could not locate where the fob key is supposed to go when it’s dead. It was rented to me dead. I was late to work every day that I have this rental. I cannot unlock or lock the doors with this key fob. The air conditioner, barely ran and was not cool as it should’ve been. I was unable to fill the gas due to the extra hour that it took me this morning to get this car started and on the road. I pay a lot for these rentals and I do not have the extra time. For all of the hassle, I won’t be paying the remainder of the gas to refill it. Also, the last time I rented from your company, somebody took my flashlight and claimed they never found it. That alone was $20. I won’t be renting another vehicle from your company.
