Took time finding car, car supplies not included to clean snow off car.
Thank you for your feedback. The location of the vehicle, including a GPS photo of the car’s location, was in the trip photos. We try to keep supplies for bad weather in the vehicles. Unfortunately, they go missing from time to time. I appreciate you renting the Hyundai.

The car was super clean and drove well. Pick up and drop off was super seamless. Communication was prompt! A few minutes after I left the tire pressure light came on and he offered to air up the tire which was appreciated
