Car was great and the pickup/drop off was easy. My whole experience was soured because of poor communication regarding the "extra" charge associated with the electric charging for the vehicle. I was directly told I could add this to my trip during the trip if I was unable to charge the vehicle for a fee of $25. Afterward I get a bill for over $60. Feels like Turo is price gouging in addition to the poor communication. I would never rent this vehicle again.

Marcus, you're right that the $25 prepaid electric extra caused confusion — I told you mid-trip you could add it, but Turo only allows adding it before the trip starts. The car came back with an empty battery, and Turo charged the charging fee afterward. I understand that was upsetting. Glad the car and pickup/drop-off went well.
