Victor was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating throughout my rental experience. I had a challenging week with unexpected vehicle issues and needed multiple last-minute extensions, and he was patient and helpful every step of the way. Communication was excellent, the vehicle was clean and reliable, and he truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful and would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommend! 🤩
