Car quality was great. Pickup was great. Host was great.
Just one hiccup that drops my review down a star. I reached out a week before the trip to confirm if the mobile charger was included. After a couple of minutes, I see that the car guide says it was indeed included and messaged about this. No response there.
Anyways, fast forward to rental period, get to the cabin expecting to have the mobile charger and it is not in the car. Messaged about it, and was told it is not included except as an extra.
1. I had messaged asking previously. It was also listed in the car guide as included.
2. The extra it was listed under was “portable GPS.” Maybe this is a Turo limitation, but an EV charger is not a “portable GPS” in my mind.
3. The host did agree to update the car listing and noted that it was indeed incorrect.
4. The host did reach out asking if they could do anything to make a 5 star experience the next day. Nothing really to be done at that point though.
Anyways, a good experience overall, just a miscommunication and error that drops it down to 4 for me. Thanks
