Very good and accommodating hosts, but the pickup location was a little difficult to find. Otherwise great!

The car was perfect for our trip, it was spacious enough for all our baggage and hiking gear. The host was amazing. Helped us whenever we had questions

Pretty easy pickup and drop off. You can take the car to a certain carwash chain as many times as you want. Got a heads up about the car being a little messy since the person who was supposed to clean it had something come up (prior to pickup). An airport shuttle can drive you to the lot. :) if you have questions, just chat the hosts. They are responsive. Happy and safe travels to anyone reading this!

This was a different trip. I’ve used Turno before and have picked up vehicles before out of other airport spots . Getting to the car was good. There is a shuttle from the airport. I would not take the Max.
I didn’t care for having to pay for the parking regardless of the refund. The previous guest had dropped the car off two days before I received the car. When I got the car, it was never cleaned. It is clear that the system of operating the fleet is maximizing return with a lack of care for the experience. There were personal effects of the previous user left behind. Between paying for parking and the base price , I’d be better off just renting from the bigger rental places. Lastly while a a car wash location is FREE. The guest is left to not only PAY for parking and also left to WASH your own vehicle . what a terrible model. Communication was good and responsive, and timing was good as well, I probably won’t rent again though.
