Car was great. Communication was also good until we had an issue with airport parking fees. Then crickets. Turo customer service was great, though, and was able to provide resolution. I wouldn't necessarily suggest you avoid renting from them. Car was good and price was fair. Just expect possible problems if anything doesn't go smoothly.
