Car was clean which was a nice change from some of our recent rentals. Host was quick to respond when we had a question.

The car was 20 minutes late to being dropped off with no communication from the host, we were lost waiting in the airport after landing waiting for a response the whole 20-30 minutes. They said we would get a discount for the inconvenience of waiting and bad communication prior to landing but we never received one. The car was nice though!
I apologize for the 15-minute delay. My schedule was tightly packed that day, and I regret missing the mark. To make things right, I offered a full reimbursement of your delivery fee at drop-off. I always stand by my word and ensure any promised credits are fully processed and fulfilled. Thank you for your feedback!
