Just after pick-up the car had a tire issue (low pressure) with the driver’s rear tire that persisted throughout the trip and required me to seek out compressed air to fill the tire multiple times. I appreciated that the owner responded quickly when I messaged about the problem, but the owner did not offer any suggestions for how to fix the leaky tire. I was reassured by the owner that this problem would be fixed before the next Turo rental.

Thank you for the feedback. I suggested Les Schwab as a solution and they usually fix the issue. For instance I took the car immediately to Les Schwab as soon as you brought the car back and they fixed the problem/issue. I’m sorry they didn’t do that for you the first time you took it into Les Schwab. Thank you for your kind words. Safe travels.

We had an amazing experience renting this car for our Oregon trip! The car was exactly as described, clean, reliable, and made our trip so enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and checked in with us during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free Turo experience!
