Car was very nice, rode smooth, had a couple holes in the drivers seat, not a problem. CarPlay did continuously disconnect while driving which was a bit of a hassle sometimes, and you can definitely tell the speakers are somewhat busted on the vehicle making some static noise. Overall great trip.

The car was generally in good shape, although it had a few dings. No problems driving it, clean inside and comfortable.
Like other reviews mentioned, the audio goes bad pretty frequently and you need to plug your phone back in to fix it. It's pretty annoying, but the only real problem. I believe this is fixable via an update to the system, so hopefully next time it's serviced they can have this issue resolved

The host was very responsive and helpful, 5 stars for the host. The car had some scratches and dents and a small hole in the windshield, some wear on the inside including a hole in the driver’s seat and it beeped like someone was in the passengers seat without a seatbelt, even when there was no one in the seat. Had to plug in the seatbelt with the seat empty to get the beeping to stop. The host said they’d have the mechanic look at it right away so hopefully it will be fixed for the next customer. Otherwise the car drove well, thanks for the trip!
