Scam artists , knew the car tire was popped and instead of informing people let me be stranded
We are surprised by this review and the 'scam artist' accusation. The photos the guest sent during the trip clearly show a physical cut (road damage/vandalism) rather than a maintenance issue. The car was fully inspected and safe prior to the trip. Additionally, it was returned with a heavy cigarette odor, which we cleaned without charging a fee. As All-Star Hosts, we maintain our fleet to the highest standards and prioritize guest safety.
