Pickup and drop off instructions were really easy! The car itself was awesome, it got us to all the places we wanted to go without the hassle of Uber/Lyft. Small and compact, everything you need. Clean and cool, love the sun roof.

The Good: The car itself was great. It drove very smoothly, was excellent on gas, and the interior was perfectly clean when it was handed over to us.
Unfortunately, we ran into several issues with logistics. Our host, Morris, was 30 minutes late for the drop-off. While I understand traffic happens and he explained he was juggling multiple deliveries, waiting around wasn't ideal. Additionally, I noticed and took proof that the car was not given to us with a full tank, yet the guidelines required me to return it completely full, which felt unfair. I also paid extra for airport delivery but still had to pay an additional $4 out of pocket just to exit the parking garage.
Safety Concerns:On our second night, we noticed the rear driver-side brake light was completely out. We messaged Morris right away, and though he thanked us and said he would fix it after our trip, it was a stressful safety hazard. It limited our plans because we didn't feel comfortable driving it at night for the rest of the weekend.
Overall, the car itself was cool, but the host logistics and the safety issue definitely impacted our trip

Fair criticism on my tardiness. I apologized for that profusely in person, and I truly am sorry about being late. However, I can't control when a taillight goes out. And as you can see in the screenshot that I messaged you, per your rental agreement you were credited $4 for parking. So it didn't cost you any money to get out of the garage. Also, you can see from the picture that I took of the gas when I dropped off the car, that the gas, was, in fact, full.
Morris was an excellent host! The car was very reliable and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience he provided for us.

Everything was fantastic! Morris was so quick to respond and helpful with everything. I had to change the trip several times and he was patient and accommodating and even let me start the trip a few min early! Would definitely rent again!
