Jacob was very communicative and transparent about parking logistics within the airport. Instructions were clear and detailed for finding the car.
The car was quite was clean and spacious despite how the size may seem. It was fun to drive and made parking in the city much easier to squeeze into spots 😅. I would definitely book with him if I’m ever in Portland again!

Car did car things and got me from point A to point B with no trouble. Host is an active communicator.
The car was in a paid lot at the airport when I picked it up, and the host attempted to reimburse me for the cost to exit the lot, but the partial refund has not gone through after just under two weeks. (And Turo requires me to leave feedback by today.) Since there are past reviews that note the same issue, it would be worth it to make some adjustments to the process to ensure renters don't have to pay above the advertised price to use the vehicle. Either through a dependable and transparent reimbursement process, or another parking/exit strategy.
Overall everything else was good, host is friendly and the vehicle was great and exactly as advertised.
