The first car AC didn’t work but they swapped me for a new upgraded car and otherwise the trip was great.

It was a great vehicle but my plane landed late and when I got to the car I had to call the host because they had removed the key lockbox thinking I was a no show. I've never had this happen so I had to wait in the dark alone outside until the host's assistant brought the key. The car was fantastic though.
