I am glad I could pay extra for the car to come to me but it had a ton of ants in the car. The car I was given wasn’t what I selected which would have been fine had I not been given a car with a bunch of ants in it. When I brought it to the attention of the business that uses Turo as their rental platform there was no apology, no discount given, just an ok, that car gets used a lot. I went out and bought any traps and had to drive multiple hours in the vehicle with ants all over. It was absolutely disgusting but I needed the car and didn’t have a choice. I won’t be renting turos again from this person.

Very sorry you had to go through that experience. We wash the cars throughly every time car comes back and it’s always on the road we checked the ant traps you put out and did not find any ants inside of them so we think it was a local problem. But we made sure to do a deeper cleaning after you so that it’s not an issues again. If you do decide to rent from us again we would be glad to help and give you discount on your future trip.
Car ran well. Be sure to verify where the car is park. The instructions gave me an address and I went there. It wasn't there. Turns out they had parked it at the airport. This cost me $30 because I had to pay for airport parking to exit. If I had known it was at the airport, I could have gotten it as soon as I deplaned. I didn't know so I took a shuttle to my hotel and walked to the address given later that morning. I then had to walk back to my hotel and take the shuttle back to the airport.

Great deal for the price. It was a hybrid so we only had to fill up once when returning the car. We also left our phone in the car and they were very helpful at shipping it back to us.
