Everything about the car and rental experience was fine, but the previous renter had smoked in the car and we were not warned. The smell was pretty bad and did hamper the overall experience

This was caused by a previous renter, and we've since had the BMW professionally cleaned and treated. We've also added stricter inspection checks between trips to prevent this.
