Great host car pick up and return was quick and convenient will rent again

It was three hours late on my pick up and also a lot of the things did not work in the car had to continuously charge car because battery was not working

During your rental, the vehicle experienced an unforeseen 12V battery issue, which has since been fully replaced. We appreciate your understanding and would be happy to offer a discount on a future rental as a courtesy.

Car was lovely, easy pick up and drop off. We got a chance to drive a Tesla. It was clean and easy to communicate with owner.
Car could use an adaptor to charge so that there are more options to find chargers.
