We were visiting family and needed a little time away so we used this platform for the very first time. Alan was a great host. We misplaced the Tesla card, left it at a restaurant, and couldn’t recover it. Allen took care of the situation remotely and had us on our way immediately. I couldn’t be more pleased. The situation could have been an ad for promoting ev rentals. The process for renting with Turo is 10 times more efficient than traditional rental companies. I travel often and because of Allen, I will be using Turo for my transportation needs in the future. When in Pittsburgh Allen is the go to.
