Location of car was sketchy. Took me 15 minutes to find it in the garage.
Return proceeds unclear. First time Turo user. Left car well in advance of end of rental period but still got "you are late" message.

FYI. We provide the parking information to guests in advance during the guest reservation and including upon arrival. Guests need to read and follow the instructions specifically which are very detailed and easy to follow. We don’t understand. “Sketchy” is there instructions are very detailed and the parking garage is in a secure and protected area. We attribute their comments to the fact that this is their first time as a Turo, renter and visitor to Sky Harbor.

Great car, great host. Took care of everything! I always felt safe in the vehicle, it was dependable and the AC works well. Will definitely rent again if I ever get the chance.

The pick up and drop off was all fine but the car conditioning is not good. Car was shaking while driving on freeway.

We will not rent to this guest again. Vehicle was in excellent condition upon checking in from previous renter and pickup by guest. Upon return and check in, we discovered that a tire was damaged from an object or hitting an object. Tire had to be replaced which guest denied fault. We filed a claim which has yet TBD.
