The pick up and drop off was all fine but the car conditioning is not good. Car was shaking while driving on freeway.
We will not rent to this guest again. Vehicle was in excellent condition upon checking in from previous renter and pickup by guest. Upon return and check in, we discovered that a tire was damaged from an object or hitting an object. Tire had to be replaced which guest denied fault. We filed a claim which has yet TBD.

By far the best communication I have had from a Toro host. The car ran beautifully. Very clear directions, and easy to reach host. We’ll definitely schedule car again.
