Everything was easy! The location for the pickup and drop off of the vehicle was incredible. I was really worried that I would have to pick it up at the airport and was presently surprised how the location was offsite at a better location. It was easy to contact Shawn when I locked myself out of the car. Def would rent again!

Car was clean! Wish the host would provide access via the app. As Tesla owners, this is the single greatest benefit to renting a Tesla on turo. We were only provided a card so my settings did not transfer and we couldn't pre-cool the vehicle in the blazing heat. On a car with no window tint and black interior, the experience was miserable. I asked the host if they would provide it and never heard back. We only rent Teslas and this is the first time I've not had app access shared with me.

Thank you for your feedback the vehicle is still new to us and I am not the owner but we have now set it up to be able to share the app for future renters. The car does actually have tint but the AZ summers are impossible to beat!
Perfect ride. Car was beautiful and clean, easy to pick up and drop off.
