The Tesla had a tire that was showing wires. Very unsafe. It was alos low on pressure and battery only 25% when picked up. The host decided not to do anything about the tire. They said it was fine to continue my rental. I did so very uneasily. The car was also dirty and was not inspected after my ride as it was booked right away again. The host then let another family drive the tesla with the same tire. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS, THEY ARE UNCARING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MADE ME FEEL STUPID FOR BEING WORRIED OVER A TIRE. Anyone who wants proof can message me and I will send all screen shots.

Great experience with the car, was fun to drive and worked well for our purposes! Host was awesome reaching out in advance to make sure we knew how to drive the Tesla. Be aware like other reviewers have already said, back tire pressure was low after driving 2 hrs to Sedona, we filled up the back two tires twice. Also one of our keys didn’t work to unlock the car and we were locked out for 15-20 mins after contacting hosts. But they were able to unlock the car remotely and we went on our way! Overall great experience would definitely rent from them again!
