It was an amazing experience! The host were very responsive and answered all inquiries. The vehicle was clean and drove well. I will definitely be booking with them again my next time in Phoenix or Arizona!

This is my second booking with Resla. I plan my trips very carefully, and every hour matters to me. They canceled my confirmed booking for a white Tesla just one hour before pickup. I chose that vehicle specifically for its better 80% range and lighter color to reduce heat. I was then pushed to rebook a black Tesla, but the actual range at 80% was far lower than promised. To make things worse, the digital key expired an hour early.
This poor planning from them and lack of transparency cost me at least two hours. Resla should have verified vehicle availability before confirming bookings instead of canceling at the last minute.
