No real issues with car (some cosmetic condition issues, but none that impacted function; battery slightly degraded, but range still good). Issues were with pickup/drop off location and return battery charge policy. Picked this car instead of a much cheaper option because the other option had a lot of reviews complaining about pickup not actually being at airport. This one is not at airport either. Have to take shuttle to & from a non-airport parking facility. Shuttle was fine, but added a lot of time and was not disclosed prior to or at time of booking. Didn’t know was off-site until trying to follow instructions to get to vehicle. At parking facility, vehicle was plugged in, so of course when we picked it up it had 100% charge. Which is great, but meant that if returned with less than 90% charge would have had to pay surcharge. Had to supercharge to 100% to return with enough charge which is not only slow but not great for battery health. Since it had to be plugged in at drop off anyways, would have made way more sense to require a drop off charge of 70% or more so that we could have charged to 80% on our way to airport.
