Mechelle was a great communicator for my first Turo transaction. Patient and super quick to respond. The Tesla model 3 was clean and well maintained. Returning the car to parking lot at the terminal for my return flight was an added bonus making the whole transaction easy. I will use Turo and rent Mechelle’s model 3 on my next trip to Phoenix. A very pleasant experience. Mechelle rocks!
