The communication was good, but the car smelled horrible when the AC was turned on. Like mold or mildew. I wasn't able to go back to the airport during our trip to get it looked at do we just suffered the whole trip. Other than that, the car was okay.

Car was 20 minutes late. Not very clean and smelled like cat urine. Other than that the car drove great.
