All was well car couldn’t connect to my phone.

This car is NOT at the airport. They lie. I was searching specifically for a car at the airport, they said they were. NOT true. You have to wait for a shuttle and then get to a different parking lot. Horrible experience. Then I wasn’t able to get the code to get into the car. I called the numbers listed. I texted those numbers. No one answered. I ended up calling the company and they were helpful. After all day traveling with a little kid, waiting for shuttle, 100 degrees outside waiting to get into a car. Not a good experience. The inside of the vehicle also had stains on the seats and floor. Only reason they didn’t get a 1 star is because the car did get me from point A to point B.
