The car was substandard in many ways. Both visors were broken to the point that they sagged down so when I turned my head to see traffic, they would hit me in the head. The left indicator was malfunctioning, the car would idle to the point where it constantly felt like it would stall. The car drove poorly and felt dangerous around bends. 5mins after I picked up the car the owner asked me for a 5 star rating and kept on hounding me for a the 5 star rating throughout the time I had the car. I am very glad I did not respond to the constant rude badgering as the car was not 5 star, not even close. The owner then asked if there was anything they could do to make up for the poor experience. I asked them to wave the $250 excess milage fee they tacked onto my bill. They immediately asked for another 5 star rating and said they would "take a look at it" I asked them a simple yes or no question. I wanted to know if they were going to wave the excess fee to make up for the very poor experience or not. They then accused me of trying to intimidate them for a 5 star rating. This is where I draw the line. Insulting me with false accusations! The owner was the one trying to intimidate me by asking me for a 5 star rating for the waving of fee. I was furious with their attack on my character, especially when they were the one asking me to lie. I was going to walk away from this one without writing a bad review, as I don't like writing bad reviews, but the way they handled the whole experience was extremely poor. They were pushy, rude and the car was terrible.
