Beware they tried to lie and say there was a nail in the tire when the tire wasn’t properly filled up before our trip and was low. Then they lied and said in the hour since we parked it, they took it to a tire shop and couldn’t provide an photos of a nail and send photos of a tiny rock in the tire from driving.

Pretrip photos confirm the tire-pressure warning light was not illuminated at the time of pickup. The vehicle was returned with low tire pressure, and a tire shop confirmed a nail puncture. The shop’s findings were attached to the damage report.
