I didn’t love the quality of the car plus the pick up location wasn’t the best
The location of our rental facility was chosen by you. If it was not convenient you could have chosen a different one, yet you decided to rent with us. There are no issues with the car, all maintenance and cleaning was completed. If you did not know how to operate an electric vehicle, you could have rented a gas car.
