Gene was an excellent host from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear, and professional throughout the entire rental process. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and ready to go at pickup.

Gene was a very responsive host! Car was great - just what we needed.

He was super quick to respond! My flight landed at 3:00AM but he still answered immediately.

Car was fine other than extremely pungent weed smell every-time you get into it. Parking location was a hassle waiting for the shuttle to pickup and finding the car in a big lot without any details where it was and it was night time. The shuttle back to the airport was worse. Instructions said to wait at the car and a shuttle would come, but it wasn’t until I walked out of the ride-share lot, that I was able to flag a shuttle down.
