Pick up location is easy and instructions were clear. I rent from them very often and usually have no major issues. The smell of weed in the car was over powering at pickup. I had to wipe down the inside of the car to try and get the smell out. Didn’t really work well. I told the host I would keep it because I didn’t have time to wait for the issue to be resolved. The following day the passenger side window got stuck down and I was told to bring it in to get looked at. Drove completely out of my way to do so and problem wasn’t resolved. He said there was no cars to exchange, yet I went on the app as if I was going to rent a car and they had several cars available to book during the same dates. They claimed I couldn’t get any type of refund but I’ve had another host previously give me some kind of refund while I actively had their vehicle. The host then said they could give me a discount to extend my trip for 2 days and I agreed. While waiting for them to adjust the price, which they didn’t do (it was the same price I paid when I booked) , someone else booked the car. When I messaged them about it I was ignored and still have yet to hear from them a week later. As someone who rents from the host often, I was highly disappointed. Although I would book again, but I will do a more in depth inspection before pulling off.
