Pickup and drop off not convenient unless you pay $100+ to have airport pick and drop off. Pick up and drop off is about 10-15 min away and youneed to pay for your own transportation to and from airport. Vehicle was in used condition, needing maintenance such as oil change and new windshield wipers to name a few.
Hi, you booked from our free location—airport delivery is not included and wascommunicated in advance. At return, you requested airport drop-off due to your flight. This was outside the original agreement, and an improper return fee could have applied. You can purchase the wipers locally and submit the receipt for reimbursement. Oil change reminders may appear during longer trips—this is normal and does not affect the car. Also, as a rental vehicle, normal wear is expected; the car is mantained.

No inspection was done before renting it out causing the skid plate to have been previously shredded and given to me unsafe to drive.
