Overall, we had a good experience. Pickup was fairly easy, although it took us a little while to actually get to the car, even though we arrived early after our flight. The price matched the quality of the vehicle, and for what we needed, it worked well.
The phone charger wasn’t working properly at first, but we were able to figure it out. The ride itself was smooth, and the car got us everywhere we needed to go. The only downside was that it smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, which made us think a previous renter may have smoked in it.
We didn’t put many miles on it since our trip was mostly to visit friends in Destin and enjoy the beach. Overall, it served its purpose and made for a good trip.
