The communication for the pick up of the car was great. Car was clean and a full tank of gas. However, the car smelt like cigarette smoke and was not disclosed that it was a smoker car.
Katelyn Thank you for booking with us. Unfortunately something we can’t control. All of Turo vehicles are non smoking however some guest will smoke regardless of the $150 fine. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will runs this vehicle thru the ozone machine one more time. We appreciate your feedback
