PEOPLE BEWARE!!! We had a great trip but after drop off we received a message saying hi we picked the car up and everything looks great and thanked me for taking care of it . Then a whole day later they write me saying we found a lighter and ash from cigarettes!! When that’s impossible because I nor anyone I had near the car smokes !!! So DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TRY YO LIE TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU!! Turo shouldn’t let people like this rent!!! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!

When the vehicle was initially picked up, nothing unusual was noticed, which is why we left a positive review. Later, during cleaning, cigarette odor and ash were discovered in the rear cargo area and photographed. We simply reported what was found through Turo’s process. There was never an attempt to fabricate anything or obtain money dishonestly. Our record with almost 400 trips and guest reviews speaks for itself.
