Great car, seamless pickup and drop off!

First time Turo user and would highly recommend. It was nice to have a personal contact with someone rather than a big rental company. Caleb was extremely helpful and accommodating. They even went out of their way to turn the car on when we landed to cool it off before getting in :). Car ran nicely and there was nothing like driving along the beach in a convertible!

Communication was great from the host. The car was clean and tidy. My only issues were that the windows on the mustang didn’t seal correctly, which was worrisome with the Florida rain. I had to pull the windows forward to get them to seal properly. In addition, the mustang has over 100k miles and the transmission was very clunky when putting the car into reverse.
