Very clean and gets good gas mileage. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. You will be paying for parking when picking up the car, just keep that in mind but not at drop-off. I had a knee brace on and it was very easy getting in and out of the car, thankful for that! Would use again when in town!

All the arrangements were great, the car was fine with excellent gas mileage, but the brakes were a bit grabby.
I appreciate the feedback and I apologize that you felt that the brakes were “grabby” but the brakes are fairly new on this car and the way this car brakes is just a characteristic of the car. Hybrids with regenerative braking tend to confuse guests who aren’t familiar with how a hybrid works.
