All the arrangements were great, the car was fine with excellent gas mileage, but the brakes were a bit grabby.
I appreciate the feedback and I apologize that you felt that the brakes were “grabby” but the brakes are fairly new on this car and the way this car brakes is just a characteristic of the car. Hybrids with regenerative braking tend to confuse guests who aren’t familiar with how a hybrid works.

The car was as described, and pickup and drop-off were generally straightforward.
The vehicle was placed at the airport prior to my trip, which resulted in being charged for multiple calendar days of parking upon exit, increasing the total cost. A partial reimbursement was provided after follow-up.
After the trip, I was charged a $50 “improper return” fee related to the lockbox. I followed the stated return steps and secured the vehicle, but the charge was still applied and I disputed it. The issue was later resolved.
There was also a delay in communication regarding a personal item left in the vehicle, which was ultimately returned to me.
Overall, the car met expectations, but there were issues related to additional charges and post-trip handling.
The guest is complaining about $18 in parking costs. I clearly disclose immediately upon booking that parking costs will not exceed $22. I also remind guests 2 more times about parking costs before they pick up the car. The $50 improper return fee was charged by Turo because he did not follow return instructions, and failed to lock the car and lockbox. I returned the jacket he left in my car even after he read my message reminding him to remove all his personal belongings from the car.
